Qualifications:
MBA General/Marketing with strong inter personel skills from a reputed university.
Highly motivated hunter and closer who flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong marketing, project management, and relationship skills
Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions over Digital Media that includes in depth knowledge of using Social Media for acquisitions.
Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, senior management and/or C-level executives across the globe.
Teamwork and good communication skills a must.
Willing to work in rotational shifts in flexible timings.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage vendors/ partners to execute successfully our E-learning platform promotions
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, trusted marketing advisor relationships with key partners
Manage daily activities of existing and forthcoming partners including analyzing data, providing support for effective merchandising, marketing, and promotions
Implement new operational practices to improve our workflow
Work cross-functionally, partnering with the Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising teams to bring new programs to life
Analyze the ROI of the program and track to forecast. Evaluate performance based on partner growth, student growth, and new user revenue
